Shipping Policy

Sage Herbals Pvt Limited reserves the right to accept or deny Returns and Exchanges based on the following conditions. We request you to please carefully read the item descriptions, including size information. Please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. 

We Generally ship orders within 48 Hours of Receiving the same, sometimes due to heavy load it may take up to 72 Hours.

  1. Returns and Exchanges will only be entertained on full price items. All sales will be final for items bought on discounts or during sale periods. 
  2. All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
  3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer. 
  4. Any request for return/exchange must be placed by the customer within 24 hours of delivery by Us . No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
  5. Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered.
    1. We will replace the product with the accurate product as per order placed by you. Please note that we will not entertain a change in size/colour variant for these replacements.
    2. Please write to us at care@sageherbals.co. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 *********, within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
    3. Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. We will initiate a reverse pickup for you, kindly wait for us to inform you about the details of the pick up.
    4. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check and acknowledge receipt. Incase any damage is found or we come across the same has been worn then the return will be cancelled and the customer will have to get the piece picked up from the Head Office.
  6. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt.
    1. We will replace the product with a new product as per order placed by you. Please note that we will not entertain a change in size/colour variant for these replacements.
    2. We will require you to provide us with pictures/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery by us. 
    3. Please write to us at care@sageherbals.co. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 *********, within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
    4. Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. We will initiate a reverse pickup for you, kindly wait for us to inform you about the details of the pick up.
